Open Meditation for Derek

As we are all aware Derek holds huge amounts of energy and love for us all. Lets show how much we appreciate this by holding a space of love and gratitude for Derek each Thursday evening at 21:00 your local time for 21 minutes for 21 weeks.

We would ask that you sit in meditation for that 21 minutes holding Derek in love and gratitude. If it's not possible for you to sit we would ask that you just hold a loving space in your heart sending the energy and love to Derek as you go about your evening each Thursday. There will be a group at Creacon Lodge to send the energy from this powerful vortex.

Please pass this on to anyone you feel may want to share in this event.

Feel free to form your own group in your local area, the only thing we would ask is that it is at 9:00 pm YOUR local time so we are all sending a rush of love and gratitude together.
