Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:30am for a 40 minute yoga class that will revolutionize your physical and energetic selves!
This type of yoga only has five asanas or positions each working towards twenty-one repetitions and twenty-one breaths. There is no twisting or contorting in this yoga, just core strength exercises and basic movements.
Anyone can attend as each person is their own motivator. Do as much or as little as you like, but know that the benefits of mastering this yoga are invaluable.
